Mike, W0IH, was able to access the 146.64 repeater site on 11-28-2025 and connected the repeater to a dual-band antenna on a 20ft mast attached to the shack. The repeater should have coverage in to the river valley, and be able to cover downtown Winona and St. Mary’s university.
