Dr. William E. Davis, W0MZN, 80, died Nov. 2, 2020.  He was a long-time ham whose primary interest was RTTY, and was a long-time member of the WARC.
Bill served Winona as a family medicine doctor for more than 30 years. He helped in the development of Winona Health’s computer system and presented at national medical conferences on the topic of electronic medical needs.
